LAUNCH TO THE FUTURE: A STEM Story is a 40-minute, live in-school STEM experience that explores how space programs, lunar science, and innovation have shaped the world we live in today—and how STEM will drive the future ahead. Through a series of high energy comedy sketches, professional actor/educators use audience suggestions to create hilarious, one-of-a-kind scenes that bring STEM concepts to life.
This interactive incursion puts students at the centre of the action, as their ideas help shape each sketch—meaning no two shows are ever the same. Using real-world examples from space science and discovery, students uncover how big ideas, creative thinking, and problem-solving have advanced life on Earth—and how they can be a part of what comes next.
Through four humorous and educational sketches, students will explore:
How science helps to solve the unsolvable (SCIENCE)
Innovation drives technology (TECHNOLOGY)
Space engineering helps design new solutions (ENGINEERING)
How maths helps to drive the future (MATHS)
All our programs include a detailed Teacher Toolkit, Resource Pack, and Student Activities that are compiled alongside education and industry experts. These resources include pre- and post-show activities, videos, downloads and digital resources that can be used for follow up activities throughout the year. All scheduled schools receive login details for both teachers and students to access the Resource Hub all year-long.

“It was so great to have a live performance during our Science Week. Students were engaged and there was never a shortage of volunteers to perform. Such a wonderful show and lots of information was subtly provided to students to enhance the theme of Science Week. A great performance that students and staff thoroughly enjoyed.”
“Thank you for producing both an informative & inspiring educational performance!”
“It was a great way for students to learn in a different way. To watch a play about science was a new experience and all students walk away having had a good time.”
“My year 8 students loved the interactive nature of the performance. I also found it enjoyable, and it gave me lots of talking points once back in the classroom.”
